Return & Exchange Policy

At Cloudenix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on your policy). To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@cloudenix.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened software, downloadable products, or digital items

  • Used electronics showing wear or misuse


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
